From results to a pipeline

A good search is only half the job. This lesson covers the two ways to move creators out of the results table: sending them to an outreach campaign, or exporting their emails.

Send to Outreach

Select the creators you want with the row checkboxes — the header checkbox selects everything on the current page. Then click Send to Outreach. The “Add Creators to Cold Email Campaign” dialog opens: pick an existing campaign or choose Create New Campaign, confirm, and the selected creators are added as leads in that campaign. No copy-pasting, no spreadsheets.

Export Emails and the allowance card

Export Emails pulls the selected creators’ email addresses out of Afflo. This is what draws down your monthly allowance — the “Creator email exports” card on the page shows how many exports are included, how many remain, and the reset date.

Searching itself is free and unlimited, so spend the allowance deliberately:

• Filter and shortlist first, export only the creators you’ll actually contact
• Prefer Send to Outreach when you’re working inside Afflo anyway — keep exports for tools outside the platform
• Check the remaining count before a big export so you don’t burn the month’s allowance mid-list
