Managing the Portfolio

Read the Programs page, understand status badges, and safely edit or retire a program.

Once programs are live, the Programs page becomes your home base. It shows the whole portfolio at a glance and lets you act on any program without digging into the wizard again.

The metric cards

Four cards sit at the top: Total Programs, Affiliates, Link Clicks, and Conversions. Use them for a daily health check — clicks rising while conversions stay flat is an early warning worth investigating.

Program cards and status badges

Each program card carries a status badge that tells you exactly where it stands:

  • Active — live and crediting sales
  • Scheduled — start date is still in the future
  • Expired — end date has passed
  • Usage Limit Reached — the Maximum Discount Use cap has been hit
  • Inactive — switched off

Edit, analytics, delete

The card menu gives you three actions: edit (back into the wizard), analytics, and delete. Deleting is safer than it sounds — it stops new attribution immediately but keeps all historical data, so your reports stay accurate. When a seasonal program ends, expiring or deleting it won’t erase what it earned.
