Providers and Settings

Payouts run through a connected provider, so set this up before commissions come due — not after. Everything lives under Payouts → Provider Settings.

The Payout Providers page

You’ll see a card for each supported provider, showing a Connected or Not connected state:

• PayPal — the familiar default most partners already have
• Tremendous — gift cards and rewards, great for incentive-style programs
• Trolley — built for international partners and cross-border payments

There’s also a Manual method if you pay partners outside the platform and just need to record it.

Connecting a provider

Each card opens its own connect form. One detail trips people up: Trolley’s form includes a required Payment Minimum — payouts below that threshold won’t send. Fill it in deliberately, not with a placeholder.

Per-program provider choice

The provider isn’t just account-level plumbing. Back in the Create Program wizard, the Commissions step lets you pick the payout provider per program — so a cash program can run through PayPal while a rewards program uses Tremendous. Decide this when you create the program; switching later means re-checking every partner’s payout details.
