Monthly Allowances
Your plan meters two things each month: creator email exports and outreach credits. Searches, clicks, and synced orders are not metered — you won’t get a surprise bill for using the app normally.
Creator email exports
Searching Creator Search is free. What’s metered is exporting creator emails. The allowance card sits right on the Creator Search page and shows:
- How many exports are included in your plan
- How many remain this month
- The reset date
Spend the allowance deliberately — filter by “Email available” and shortlist before you export.
Outreach credits and the daily send limit
Cold email campaigns draw on outreach credits, with a daily send limit on top. Both surface as cards under Outreach → Analytics, next to the campaign rate metrics, so you can pace sends instead of hitting a wall mid-campaign.
Resets and overage
Both allowances reset monthly. If you go over, the extra usage bills through Shopify usage charges on the store’s regular bill — same place as the plan itself.
The habit to build: check both allowance cards before a big push (a creator-export sprint or a large outreach batch), and flag it to the client early if the plan’s allowances no longer match the workload.
