Your Plan and Where to Change It

Afflo’s billing runs through Shopify Managed Pricing — there’s no separate Afflo checkout. Your plan is tied to the merchant’s Shopify store, and Shopify handles the money.

The Billing tab

Open Settings → Billing. You’ll find:

• The Subscription card, which states that your plan is managed through Shopify
• The feature entitlements list — what your current plan switches on
• A Manage plan button, which opens Shopify’s hosted plan page

Upgrading, downgrading, or reviewing charges all happens on that hosted page. Afflo itself never takes a payment.

Where invoices live

Invoices live in Shopify, not Afflo — they appear on the store’s regular Shopify bill. If a client asks for an Afflo invoice, point them to their Shopify admin; there’s nothing to download inside Afflo.

What the plan controls

Plans gate features on and off — for example Creator Search, Social Listening, and Advanced Analytics — and set the monthly usage allowances. When someone on the team hits a lock card somewhere in the app, this tab is the explanation: the feature isn’t broken, the plan doesn’t include it.

For agencies: the plan and billing belong to the client’s Shopify store, never to you. Plan decisions are the client’s to make.
