Organizations and Switching

An organization is the shared workspace everything in Afflo belongs to — programs, affiliates, orders, payouts, and settings. One merchant’s store maps to one organization.

The org switcher

The sidebar has an organization switcher. If you work with more than one merchant — as an agency operator or VA managing several clients — you use it to move between their workspaces with a single login.

Everything follows the selected org

Switching organizations changes everything you see, not just a label:

• Programs, affiliates, and their performance
• Orders, attribution, and payouts
• Outreach campaigns, Creator Search, Social Listening
• Settings — team, billing, stores

All data is org-scoped. There’s no way to mix one client’s numbers into another’s reports, which is exactly what you want when you run programs for multiple merchants.

The agency workflow

In practice: the merchant creates the organization and owns it, then invites you in. You switch into their org, do the work, and switch out — one login, no shared passwords, and a clean audit trail of who did what under which client.
