The Master Inbox
Handle replies from every campaign in one unified inbox, and control live campaigns.
Replies to your campaigns all land in one place: the Master Inbox. Instead of checking each campaign separately, you work a single unified queue — the unread badge tells you when there’s something waiting.
Working the inbox
- Replies from every campaign arrive in one list, with an unread badge on new ones
- Open a thread and reply inline — no switching to your mail client
- A reply doesn’t stop the sender’s sequence by itself; pause the lead if you’ve started a real conversation
Controlling live campaigns
From the campaign card you can Pause and Resume at any time. Pausing stops further sends but keeps all progress — leads stay where they are in the sequence, and resuming picks up from there. You can also edit the steps on a live campaign, which is how you fix a weak follow-up without losing the leads already in flight.
The daily habit for a VA running outreach: check the Master Inbox first thing, reply to anything warm, then glance at the campaign cards for campaigns that need a pause or an edit.
